Exercises for Regeneration & Realignment

(CD 1)

The perception exercises help you to continuously improve and refine your self-awareness and train your powers of observation.

Because only when you are aware of yourself can you change something. The active regeneration of the entire organism is a positive side effect. The parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the nervous system can calm down.

Guidance for Change

(CD 2)

Often, long-established habits make it difficult for us to change. They are so automatic that we soon give up trying to change them, as it seems like a hopeless endeavour.

According to the inventor of this technique, FM Alexander, it is no different for us. His need and his will prompted him to research and find a way. In fact, with his indirect approach, he was able to change his long-standing habitual patterns and discovered even more amazing and enriching side effects.

To date, countless people have had positive experiences with the Alexander Technique and achieved lasting change. Since there are different types of habits, I have decided to list the three most common ones, each with an example.

- A more mental habit pattern that relates to thinking traps.
- A more physical habit pattern that focuses on posture and the use of the body.
- A habitual behaviour pattern, such as smoking cigarettes.

Understanding the human being in its entirety and complexity is an art, and so these audio files are only a modest input to help you learn more about yourself and find a mindful way of dealing with yourself and your environment. I would like to invite you to critically examine these inputs and contribute your own experiences, as well as to continue researching and experimenting.
